Happy New Year

January 6, 2010

Happy New Year!  I got arm surgery on New Year’s Eve – needed to remove the 2 screws that were in my elbow from when I broke it last December.  That means I spent New Years sleeping due to pain medication, and Jamie hung out with Isaac.  Not too exciting, oh well.  I’m glad the screws are out, my arm has been hurting all year and it is already feeling better now that the screws are gone.

Yesterday was Isaac’s three month birthday, so happy birthday Isaac!  I found this picture today, it is of him from the first day we brought him home.  I can’t get over how little he is. WEIRD.

And here he is on his 3 month birthday!  He has almost doubled in size – from 7lb 14oz to 14lbs 8 oz!

It is hilarious to give him a bath in the kitchen sink now – he barely fits!!

Right before getting in the bath:

I am so happy to hear you finally have relief from constant pain. 2010 will be the best year ever. Happy New year to you Isaac and James.
